Prevent Media/Quicktime from autoplaying

Description

Even when "Allow Media to auto-play" is unchecked, media/quicktime still auto-plays when someone uses a media television or whatever.

this annoys me to no end, especially when listening to music or coding crap and suddenly i need a new pair of eardrums because someone likes youtube a bit too much.

That's not autoplay at that point, a script has sent a specific command to force the play command to start. I think this would break scripts as well as LL's expected behaviour if we prevented that.
