As a user, I would like to be able to obtain SLURLs directly by rightcliking minimap, the URL should store into my clipboard. Basically it should work like "Copy URL" from WORLD MAP.
This can be useful for example when directing mortar support in combat, will make it faster than going onto big map and waiting till the people positions update.
